Your dog called me and requested Wham. Okay, he didn’t, but he wants to. A recent poll of a thousand dog owners asked what their pooches favorite Christmas songs are. “Last Christmas” by Wham came out on top. “Jingle Bells” was second. Then it was Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You”. Michael Buble and Paul McCartney are also on the list.
There was a Christmas song made just for dogs that came out last year. It’s called “Raise The Woof”. It mostly sounds reggae with a sleigh bells tossed in. It doesn’t sound very much like a Christmas song to me, but I’m not a dog. Maybe to dogs it’s exactly what a classic Christmas song should sound like. A vet helped produce it, and he would probably know best.
