You’ve heard of Jello shots. How about Fudge Shots? I ran across a St. Patty’s recipe for fudge. What makes it St. Patty’s special is that it has Baily’s in the fudge. And, it’s no bake which means the alcohol doesn’t burn off. You only need chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and Bailys. Then, instead of an oven, you use a microwave and the fridge. Does anyone over 30 actually have St. Patty parties? It seems like after you hit a certain age, it goes from green beer to fish fries. We have some friends who invited us to a bar this year. But it’s not to drink. It’s to have dinner with fried fish. Maybe I’ll make some Bailys fudge to have a dessert.
