The votes have been tabulated and a winning design has been crowned CHAMPION of Plate Pandemonium. If you’re like me and voted for The Good Life design, then hopefully the folks at History Nebraska will produce the plate despite it losing to Chimney Rocky Sunset.
With 70% of the vote, Chimney Rock Sunset was the most voted design of the 16.
Don’t get me wrong, I think the design is pretty, but I think it’s time we have a plate that’s NOT involving a sunset. In other words, I’m burned out on sunsets. And if I’m going to be really picky, I’m burned out on Chimney Rock. I know Chimney Rock is featured on The Good Life plate, which I think is the best design, but does a sunset or Chimney Rock design best represent Nebraska?? Have you even been to Chimney Rock??
