I ended up in another Twitter rabbit hole that gave me the giggles, and it’s all over a man named Jeff with a cat named…Baby Jeff. It turned into a thread of people nicknamed other things because of pets!
One of my greatest joys in life is when Jeff calls the vet to make an appointment and they ask for his name, and he says, Jeff. Then, they ask for our cat’s name, and I watch him gather his strength before he tells them, Baby Jeff.

And it keeps getting better after Human Dave and Human Nigel! I saw another one in the thread about a woman who started dating someone with the same name as her nephew, so that person, even though he’s now 36, is still called Baby Stephen. Also, further down, apparently Jeff is actually Jeff Jr, so techically Baby Jeff should be Jeff III! Go check out the entire thread! It’s hilarious!
