Tonight’s inspiring story is proof that no matter who you are, or how old, if you work hard at something you love, you can make it big. Nine year old Kaia Aragon is a sewing sensation. She’s got a following of hundreds of thousands on Tik Tok for the fashions she comes up with. But she didn’t get there overnight. It started when her mom taught her how to sew at age 5. When Kaia was 7, mom bought her a sewing machine. Kaia started by making a pet bed, then moved on to skirts, dresses, and tops. Then she put videos on Tik Tok where everyone can see her passion for fashion and the love and dedication she puts into it. Now, even Vera Wang is a fan. So much so that Vera bought Kaia a new sewing machine with a note saying she’s excited to see Kaia pursuing her dream as a fashion designer.
