My wife is a runner. She spends a lot of time on the trails, sometimes when it’s dark out. And that scares me a little considering all the news about creeps attacking woman in public. That’s why I’m thrilled about some of the women’s safety items this guy in India has invented. He has come up with a handbag, lipstick case, and shoes that fire off blanks, but sound like real bullets to scare off attackers and alert other people that you’re being attacked. They look very James Bond-ish. The lipstick is also connected to your phone. All you have to do is press a button on the lipstick and it’ll immediately call emergency services. There are also earrings with GPS tracker in them. It looks like he’s going to offer them all as a kit under $50. I think he’s just waiting on some testing and legalities before he can put them on market. When he does, I’m thinking Christmas or birthday present.
Man invents hidden safety gadgets for women like lipstick that sends signal for help.
