Jackie Chan, everyone’s favorite comedic actor from China, can be a real mean dad. In his biography “Never Grow Old”, he wrote that when his son was 2 years old, Jackie threw him. And by that, he means, picked the kid up and tossed him. His philosophy was to be a strict parent so the kid would grow up right. Jackie, who is worth $400 million, also said he’s not leaving it to his son. By the way, a lot of that money came from Jackie’s singing career. He’s really popular in China. He’s released 20 albums.
His son is grown up and has also tried his hand at music and acting. But his movies are apparently terrible. One he did in 2012 only brought in $9,000 throughout China.
Oh, just last week, Jackie Chan said that “Rush Hour 4” is in the works. If it happens, he’ll be more than 70 years old when it comes out.
