First, you have to fill out an application. Plus you have to take an online test. He took it 8 times. Then, if you’re lucky, they ask you to take another test while they watch you take it on Zoom. Then there was an audition on Zoom with other possible contestants. Then you wait to see if they invite you. Which they did for him. He taped it in October.
