For New Year’s Eve, I’ve rounded up a few cocktail recipes that are perfect for the celebration. You can liven up the champagne toast with Raspberry Pink Champagne Floats. Just put a couple scoops of raspberry sorbet in each glass, pour some pink champagne over it, and top with a couple of raspberries. It’s classy and fun.
If it turns out to be chilly, Hot Buttered Rum will hit the spot with warmed up apple pie spice, dark rum, and butter with orange slices. It even looks kind of pretty in a holidays sort of way.
Or try one of my favorite cocktails The Chocolate Martini. You’ll mix little bit of Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, chocolate syrup, vodka, and top with chocolate shavings. You might of noticed the abundance of chocolate. I noticed. It’s why the drink is one of my faves.
A wonderfully creamy non- alcoholic drink is the White Hot Chocolate. More chocolate, but it’s a mix of white chocolate chips in half and half with vanilla extract. Mmm.
