Guy pours water on brother’s head. Now he faces minimum 3 years in jail. Also, video montage of big time Gatorade showers, or as Florida calls them, felony aggravated assaults.

There two brothers and one piece of pie. Both want it and get in an argument. One pours water on the other’s head. Sounds like a couple of 8 year olds, doesn’t it. Except it involved police. And now one of them faces at least 3 and up to 30 years in jail.

Also, it was a 64 year old and his older brother in Florida. Why is it always Florida? Anyway, the one that’s 64 ate the last piece of key lime pie. The older brother got upset because he was saving it for later. Then there was screaming and anger and the younger brother poured a glass of water over the older brother’s head in order to “cool him down”. Instead, the older brother called the cops saying he feared for his life.

Guh. I can only imagine what kind of cry baby he was when his brother stuck a wet finger in his ear or gave him snuggies.

Now the younger brother is being charged with a felony aggravated battery. That has a maximum of 30 years in the klink. And in Florida, if it’s on a person over 65, then there’s a minimum of 3 years in jail.

The county attorney where this happened has responded to requests as to why they decided to levy that big a charge over a glass of water being poured over the guy’s head. Are they going to start taking down football players who pour Gatorade on their coaches?

Here’s a montage of what Florida considers felony assaults.
