I found a couple of fun new cocktail ideas for Saint Patrick’s Day this year.
You could make a big batch of the first one, freeze the extra, and pull it out again on Cinco de Mayo. It’s the Shamrockarita! It’s basically a slightly sour apple flavored margarita with sugar on the rim instead of salt. Granny apple, apple schnapps, tequila, and a lime are all involved. Next up are Pot ‘O Gold shots. With some orange Jello, Whiskey, and Cool Whip, you’ll be set or a great time! I bet you hear that a lot. The difference here is that with strip of rainbow candy and some sprinkles, these actually look like tiny buckets full of gold. And they make cool looking decorations. Finally, we get to the Drunk Leprechaun. I bet you hear that every weekend too. Think Screwdriver, only it’s green. Mix orange juice, vodka, and Blue curacao and watch it turn the perfect Irish shade of green. Toss in ice and attach an orange wedge. CLICK HERE for full details.
