Southeast Nebraska’s favorite pumpkin patch, Roca Berry Farms, will open for its 43rd season this weekend.

KLIN News spoke with Owner/Manager of the farm grounds Beverly Schaefer about everything to expect this upcoming season. Attendees will enjoy classic fan favorites, as well as brand new attractions.

“We have our famous Mega-slide, the good ol’ jumping pillows, a really good crop of pumpkins. We’ve revamped our Candyland game…But nothing stays the same around here. We’ve added ghost town mini putt-putt, also new carnival rides: the Corn-nado and the Barn Swing,” and of course, one of Nebraska’s largest corn mazes, and much more, Schaefer promised.

Doors to the farm grounds will open this Saturday at 9 a.m.

Schaefer added, with Halloween right around the corner, Roca Berry Farms is ready to send chills down visitors’ spines with special sinister attractions, “The Haunted Hay ride is going to be fabulous this year, we have a lot more builds in there… and the Psychopath/Sinister Circus are all updated and ready to scare the pants off them.”
