Maria Carey gets the last laugh on all the haters. You’ve probably seen the memes where it shows her in her holiday outfit and encased in ice, but the ice is melting. The wording usually says something lie, “The defrosting has begun, run!” Well, Mariah has taken the ice idea and RUN with it. She’s produced a video where the camera enters a frozen vault where, you guessed it, she’s encased in ice. There are several people with Halloween costumes on using hair dryers to warm up the ice. Then we hear some cracking and finally Mariah sings the words, “It’s time”. As she hits the word “time” she hit a really high note that shatters the ice. Then it’s people in Christmas sweater dancing around to “All I Want For Christmas” in front of a winter landscape. She posted the video on her X account this morning at midnight. Mariah will also be kicking off a Merry Christmas tour on November 15th which will have 13 shows ending in Madison Square Garden on December 17th.
