Now that we know the Kansas City Chiefs are heading to the Super Bowl, I’ve started lining up recipes that are from Kansas City for your game day munchies. The first one is everyone’s favorite, nachos. The recipe is directly from the Award Winning Plowboys Barbeque in Kansas City for their famous Barbeque Nachos.
You’ll need heavy cream……. Anything that involves heavy cream is delicious……… pulled pork or brisket, pickled jalapenos, tortilla chips, and some sharp cheddar cheese. About the hardest part of this is making a roux and not burning the butter and flour. Outside of that, it’s just a matter of mixing the amounts smoothly and heaping it all on chips.
