Eating THIS makes you look UGLIER?

If you have a hot date planned for the weekend, then maaaybe you might want to stay far away from pizza or anything containing carbs. Refined carbohydrates to be exact. Basically, all the carbs you love like cereal, bagels, pancakes, muffins, white bread, white rice, potato chips, donuts, etc.

New research from France suggests that you look uglier, according to the opposite sex, two hours after consuming refined carbs.

In the study, volunteers rated how attractive people’s faces looked before and after they had breakfast. Some ate “healthy” foods and others ate carb-heavy foods.

Folks who ate carbs were seen as significantly LESS attractive two hours later.
