Remember four years ago when people were discovering monoliths that suddenly appeared in places around the world. The paranormal and alien stories started bouncing around, but it came down to a couple groups of people had put them up as art or something. That and copy cats thinking they were cute.
Somebody must think that everyone has short memories because a hiker in Wales came across a mysterious, silver, completely smooth monolith out in a field yesterday. Oooowww, it’s sooooooooooo mysterious!!
Except it’s not. Watching the video, you can see that there’s a bunch of overturned dirt all around the base of it about 8 inches in every direction. Someone used a very human, down to earth digging tool to make a hole that they planted this thing in.
I’m sure this will spark more speculation about aliens. Then we’ll find a few more. And finally, I’m guessing that it’ll be part of a promotional campaign for a weird European perfume company.
