What women really think of Dad Bods. I’m looking at you Travis Kelce.

By Austin Michael Apr 1, 2024 | 6:55 PM

Pictures popped up last week of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift on a beach. He’s got a little bit of roll on the bottom of the belly, but not a lot. He looks like a normal guy. But because of that, trolls are tossing about the phrase “dad body” about Kelce as if it’s a bad thing. It’s not. In fact, Dating dot Com recently did a study and found that 75% of the single women taking part prefer a “Dad Bod”. Planet Fitness did a similar study and found that 78% of the women in that one preferred it because men with “Dad Bods” seemed to be more confident about themselves. Other studies and polls often show that many women perceive really physically fit men to be aggressive and unappealing whereas they guys that are slightly fluffy would be more nurturing and better fathers.

FYI – Travis joked about gaining weight in the off season on his podcast.
