I upset Hollywood, apparently.

There was an ad for the movie “The Bike Riders” on my Facebook feed a couple of days ago. It’s one of those spots where they catch people coming out of a theater saying how great the movie is.

A lot of my day is spent helping businesses with marketing and writing commercials. Those spots are usually actors faking it. That said, I thought I’d be funny and wrote in the comments, “Ah, the fake movie testimonial. The second to last ditch effort to get people to want to see a movie when the studio thinks it’s going to bomb.”

That’s also a true statement, by the way.

Well, I apparently upset a person who was part of putting the movie together. I won’t name the guy, but he got so worked up that he stalked my personal Facebook page and then replied to my comment, “Maybe I should have put more guinea pigs in it.”

I have lots of pictures of guinea pigs on my page.

I don’t know if I should be offended or feel honored since he took the time to take time out of making Hollywood movies, pull up my personal page, and then mock my love of guinea pigs.

Either way, I replied, “Couldn’t hurt. G-Force made $238 million.”

“G-Force” is a movie starring guinea pigs.

By the way, I was going to share the trailer with you. I spent half an hour scouring YouTube, Facebook, and the internet, but could NOT find a copy of it. I can only guess that they pulled it because of me. So here’s the trailer for G-Force.
