Ladies, you might want to pick up the new issue of Men’s Health. There’s a special article and interview with Jeremy Renner inside……….. and the cover has a picture of him with his shirt off. And, for a guy who was crushed by a snow plow, he’s looking pretty muscle-ee. Not in a Arnold way. More like in a lumberjack way.
The pictures inside the issue show his scars from that accident. He has a long one on the right side of his back from about the middle to just under his arm. Overall though, Jeremy looks much better than I thought he would. I was expecting a mish mash of criss- crossing, jagged scar tissue all over; something you’d find on Frankenstein’s monster.
Jeremy’s gotten into shape with lots of work outs, supplements, and eating smart, but he also said that he often gives himself an entire cheat weekend and a lot of times a cheat food daily that he knows is not good for him, but he doesn’t care. I love him already.
