If you don’t exercise, you are 391 percent more likely to die from Covid than people who do a lot of exercising. This comes from a new study from The American Journal of Preventative Medicine. They just released a study that looked at how exercise effects people’s ability to handle Covid. They found that people who were the most active, 300 minutes of more of exercise per week before getting infected, were least likely to be hospitalized or die. People who got 10 minutes or less exercise per week were 191 percent more likely to end up in the hospital. And, as I mentioned, 391 percent more likely to die.

People who exercise 60 to 150 minutes per week were still had a 142% higher chance of being hospitalized and 192% more likely to kick the bucket. Overall, it points to the more exercise you get, the better. By the way, to hit that 300 minute mark takes about 42 minutes a day.
