Is BIGFOOT real? The mystery may finally be over, maybe

By Bic Feb 1, 2023 | 1:47 PM

If you’re a firm believer that Bigfoot is indeed real, then this information may disappoint you . . . thanks to some research.

A data analyst took a list of ALL reported Bigfoot sightings (in the U.S.) and compared that information to different animal populations.  And the result is something that definitely exists.

The locations with the most sightings tend to have the most BEARS.  Specifically, black bears.

The research shows that the link between the two was so strong, the researcher even put a number on it.  There’s an average of one Bigfoot sighting for every 900 black bears in any given area.

Also, black bears can stand and walk around on its hind legs.  Perhaps you may recall when Inside Edition aired a piece of a black bear walking on its hind legs (watch below, the bear does look oddly human).

Back to the research . . . Florida and Texas were the only states where the data analyst’s formula didn’t work.  Can you guess why?  It’s because those two states don’t have many bears, BUT there’s been Bigfoot sightings.  So, what are those folks seeing?

To conclude, the research doesn’t prove Bigfoot is bogus, but shines light that Sasquatch sightings are most likely black bear sightings.

The mystery continues.
