Apparently there’s a hidden danger when driving a car that no one ever thinks about. It’s your hair claw clip. A med student has a video that’s going viral. In it she explains that doctors have been telling her about dealing with women who have been in car accidents while wearing claw clips. The claw clips have gotten impaled into the women’s skulls causing brain damage and death. The med student ends the video by taking out her claw clip and saying she’s never wearing it in the car again.
I researched other items in cars that have caused serious injury in crashes. Loose phones have cracked skulls and jaws when an impact makes them fly at a fast speed. Your chance of dying increases by 25% if another person in the vehicle isn’t wearing a seat belt because their body bouncing around can hit you. Unrestrained coolers have killed people. There have been instances where they’ve killed and hurt multiple people in the car. I kind of don’t want to drive anymore after seeing all this.
