How’s that 104 degree heat treating you today? How about a big bowl of frozen, creamy ice cream………. Flavored with Wasabi?
Food company Lidl has released Wasabi Wonder ice cream. I bet you think it sounds gross. Type wasabi ice cream into Google. There are tons of recipes to make it. So, someone thinks it’s a good idea.
Lidl describes their Wasabi Wonder as an ice cream that “pairs the freshness of warming wasabi flavoring with velvety smooth ice cream and is perfect to enjoy on a hot summer afternoon or after dinner treat.” I have my doubts.
But, if had to eat Wasabi flavored ice cream, I’d probably go with this wasabi cucumber ice cream recipe I found. It also has coconut and lime in it. Actually it looks like it’d be great if you did everything and left out the wasabi.
