Explosions on major airline flights injuring attendants.

By Austin Michael Jul 19, 2024 | 6:55 PM

It’s another disaster for a major airline. Explosions have happened on multiple Southwest flights while they‘ve been up in the air. And it’s been confirmed that at least 20 flight attendants have been injured……… by overheated soda cans.

Southwest doesn’t use refrigerated trucks to get soda cans onto the planes. It’s been getting so hot that the cans are overheating while waiting on the tarmac. So, when the attendants pull the tab on the can to pour it into your cup…… kabooom!

Okay, that’s a tad dramatic, but seriously, it’s bad enough to hurt people.

Southwest says they’re going to start using refrigerated trucks in Vegas. Just Vegas. They’ll have ground crews digitally check soda temperatures before loading them at other places.

I don’t drink a lot of soda. Does letting it get hot “skunk” it like beer does? Also, who wants warm pop? I know they put ice in the cups, but warm soda immediately melts it and waters down the drink making it extra terrible.
