A British couple is causing some laughs on the Internet for their recent endeavor to Viva Las Vegas.
Ryan and Jade have a YouTube Series (Live The Dash) and they decided to test out a travel hack to see if actually works. The hack? Dress up as Elvis to get free upgrades. LOL.
So, they booked a flight from Manchester, England to Sin City on Virgin Atlantic decked out in Elvis regalia. Ryan and Jade rocked the ‘Aloha From Hawaii’ Elvis look, wearing the white bell-bottomed jumpsuit covered in red, gold and blue studs, as well as wearing the iconic red scarf and 1960s styled golden sunglasses. To complete the look, Ryan even wore a black Elvis wig. I mean, are you even Elvis without the hair?? Ha!
Again, they did this in hopes to be bumped to first class.
Did it work?? Not really.
Despite becoming instant celebrities at the airport and taking several photos with strangers, they were stuck with their premium economy tickets. That said, they did snag a FREE Virgin Redhead Cocktail and were allowed into the upper class section of the plane to temporarily sit in The Booth. On Virgin Atlantic, The Booth comes with comfy, lounge-style seating for two people separated by a table. The Booth looks suuuuper bougie.
Even though the travel hack didn’t exactly work, Jade recommends wearing Elvis outfits on every flight because you never know what might happen. Which is true! Lol.
