Maybe airlines should stop serving alcohol on planes. A drunk guy acted like a jerk on a flight from Philadelphia to Miami and got himself duct taped to his seat. After a couple of drinks, he groped a couple of female flight attendants. Spilled his third drink all over the And finally he punched a male attendant in the face. Other passengers had enough and helped tape him into his chair. You can even hear a couple cheering them on while it’s being done on the video.
Luckily, I’ve never been on a flight where anyone has been unruly, but it seems like it’s more and more common. And yes, I realize that people can get drunk in the airport before boarding. Actually, I just remembered that there was a group of people who seemed to be acting up while we were waiting to board my flight to Jamaica this year. I had forgotten because nothing happened in the plane. Right before we boarded, a couple of airline people grabbed them and pulled them to the side. They point- blank asked the people if they were planning on causing any trouble. I think they were scared into behaving.
