Talk about mixing things from different worlds…….. I came across a recipe that involves tater tots and crab meat. It sounds weird and I don’t really like tater tots, but this sounds kind of good to me.
Also, the recipe calls for dry vermouth. I’ve never seen a food recipe call for vermouth.
Anyway, you toss in frozen tater tots, then throw a bow tie on them by adding crap and Old Bay seasoning along with a few other choice ingredients like cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon zest.
This looks like it just made it onto my weekend to do list.
