House burned out by fire gets listing as is….. for a LOT of money. (Video of the place in blog.)

You think housing prices in Lincoln are crazy? A Boston house that was scorched in a fire is listed for $399,000. It’s not a fixer upper. The thing is a ruin. It will have to be tore down. It’s not even in Boston proper. It’s in a suburb.

It’s around 1,800 square feet of blackened bedrooms, broken windows, and walls filled with holes where firefighters had to bust through to hose everything down. But I’m sure the carpet is lovely and smells great.

The listing literally says, “Buyer to do due diligence. House being sold as is.”

By the way, the average price of a home in Boston is over half a million dollars.
