Mac and Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf!!! Recipe and vid instructions in blog.

For as much as I know and have experimented with Mac and Cheese, I had never heard of Mac and Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf until a couple days ago. A video recipe for it popped up on my Facebook feed and now I have to make some. It looks like it’ll be a tummy filler, so I’ll need an afternoon for extra digestion time. So, it’s going to be a weekend meal. I looked around at a bunch of different recipes and the differences boil down to how you spice you meatloaf. One recipe I saw for it, video below, goes next level and wraps the whole loaf in bacon. I’m thinking all that PLUS barbeque sauce on top. And maybe some extra sauce to dip it in when eating.
