It seems like this was bound to happen with these rules in place.
A guy in the U.K. claims he found a special Cadbury Creme Egg that’s half-chocolate, and half-white chocolate . . . and ate it without knowing about a contest they’re running. Nooo!!
In a Willy Wonka-style promotion, there’s 150 eggs hidden in various stores. Only six of those eggs have the $13,000 prize where the other special eggs have lesser amounts. According to the contest rules, you’re not supposed to eat the egg . . . you’re supposed to call the number inside to see how much money you won.
The special egg the guy found, and ate, may have been worth $13,000, but he threw away the wrapper, so now he’ll never know.
Dang, I’d be so upset.
