It’s a doughnut you can put on a a hot dog! Actually, mixing a doughnut with a hot dog sounds as weird as the new doughnut that French’s Mustard has released. It’s glazed with mustard. They’re doing in for National Mustard Day which is August 6th. It’s supposed to be a sweet/ tangy taste. They mixed yellow mustard into the dough mix and then top the doughnut with a mix of sugar glaze and yellow mustard. They’re making a limited amount for sale, cake and regular doughnuts, so they’ll probably be sold out right away. However, they’ve made the recipe available for everyone. This is the recipe for the glaze. It actually looks like it’s be better on chicken. I could see adding a little before grilling and then using some as a dipping sauce.
