A company 3-D printed a house in Austin, Texas. A giant 3-D printer only took two weeks to lay out the frame work of the place. After, builders went in and did the rest of the job. You can watch clips of how the printer did it on a video I posted on my blog. What’s cool is the way it laid out cement like a chef would squeeze frosting out on a cake with a piping bag. Instead of stacking cinder blocks, it did layers of cord like cement that it did curves and non -standard designs with. They also used sustainable materials. It’s a nice looking place with three bedrooms and 2,045 square feet with an open room design.
